These terms (“Terms”) apply to the download, installation and use of StatViewer. By downloading or using the software you agree to these Terms.
1. License
StatViewer Standard is free. Pro is an optional one-time paid feature; once activated it is permanent (bound to the device). Third-party component licenses are listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md.
2. Acceptable use
The software is for lawful use only. Reverse engineering, cracking, bypassing activation, or distributing/reselling activation codes is prohibited.
3. Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is”. Monitoring data is for reference only and does not constitute any warranty about hardware state or system health. The author is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use.
4. Intellectual property
The software and its related assets belong to the author (Kris) and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without permission.
5. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version is published on this website. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
